Are you dedicated to being at your best?
If you are a senior leader, executive, entrepreneur or an executive coach, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience available to help you meet your toughest challenges.
I have over 38,000 hours of coaching, supervision and therapy experience working with individuals from all walks of life. What excites me is working with people and watching them thrive by making small, strategic choices that unlock their potential – at work and in life.
For the past 25 years I’ve taught at Harvard Medical School where I recently launched the Institute of Coaching and started the Annual Harvard Coaching Conference. I’m also the founding Co-Editor of COACHING: An International Journal of Theory, Research & Practice and am the Chief Supervisor of Meyler Campbell Ltd, a business coaching program in London. Coaching is both science and art, integrating both is far more powerful than either alone.
As founder of the Institute of Coaching I am privileged to offer opportunities for coaching researchers and graduate students to apply for the $100,000 in grants we give away annually.
